Daily rates for Fall '24 / Spring '25

  • Monday - Wednesday Events: $700

  • Thursday Events: $800

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday Events: $900

Please note that we usually host our own events during major holidays, graduations, and local festivals… but will do our best to find a solution around your needs.

Additional info:

  • The 700-square foot space can comfortably seat 12 around the antique rosewood table, or up to 40 for a standing-room cocktail function. The mid-century modern couch also accommodates 6 individuals.

  • 5G high-speed wifi is included.

  • An on-wall projector is included for presentations & movie nights. Use the onsite (MS Windows) computer and bring a USB drive, or connect via HDMI with your own laptop / Ipad.

  • A vintage high-fidelity audio system with turntable is ready to go. Bring your vinyl records or use the included Spotify account. Please keep the volume to within appropriate levels.

  • Shared restrooms are located upstairs in Clinton Hall. Your guests will be required to take a key with them to unlock the door. The restrooms can be (most easily) accessed via the exterior main building entry (20 feet away, covered), or via elevator through the back.

  • A security deposit may be required based on the type of event and expected group size. In which case, if the space is left in the same condition, it will be fully refunded.

  • The client is responsible for any food and beverage / catering service & costs. Riedel glassware may be rented for an additional fee.

  • The client assumes all responsibility for the actions of its attendees.
